Karate Kids
This 45 minute class is scheduled and designed for the little ones ages four through six. A fun way to get your youngster started in martial arts or introduce them to a fun fitness activity that builds focus, concentration and a positive self-image as he or she improves their attention span.
Making new friends is another fun aspect for the children, parent particapation is also enjoyed from time to time. Why not give it a try with a free trial class.
